The Children’s Rescue Fund’s core purpose is to serve the homeless population with the services required to assist and empower them to become independent. This in turn will transition them into becoming self sufficient, motivated and productive citizens to obtain permanent housing as well as ensuring their children’s rights to education and healthcare.
Providing us with your time is as precious to us as it is to you. If you have a passion for helping people in need and would like to volunteer your time we sponsor events throughout the year in which you can lend a helping hand.
Knowledge is power and school supplies are an excellent choice of a donation. We provide onsite daycare services that aid in a child’s early stages of learning and development and receiving the necessary supplies will enable the children to be equipped for enriched classroom lessons.
Non perishable food donations are welcomed. (Due to food allergens please contact us for additional info)
Monetary donations are an excellent way to help fund the programs we offer. Have a look at our Help & Contribute page found at the top of our website’s homepage to see the many ways you can lend a helping hand.
Donating toys to the Children’s Rescue Fund is another excellent contributory plus because having fun provides laughter and also aids in a child’s fine motor functions and abstract brain usage in addition to balance in a child’s life. As the saying goes, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”.
If you are a professional or freelancer with skills that you would like to provide your services as a contribution we highly welcome you. From computer skills, resume development, a course on women’s health tips or even if you would like to host a yoga class, we are open to the various services you provide. Contact us to discuss how you can contribute.
